Fee Schedule

Life Care Plans

$10,500.00 to $12,500.00 with $1,500.00 retainer required. Full payment is required before the Life Care Plan is forwarded to the referring party. Deposition/Trial Testimony Fees are $1,500.00, plus preparation time and travel expenses as necessary. The Deposition fee must be paid 48 hours in advance. There will be a $750.00 charge if a Life Care Plan deposition is cancelled and PRC is not given 48 hours advance notice.

Our fees for a Generic Life Care Plan based only on a review of medical records and video tape will be one-half cost of Full Life Care Plan. If a full Life Care Plan is later determined to be necessary with an on site visit, the generic plan charges will be considered partial payment toward the full plan. For $3,000.00 we will confidentially review, evaluate and critique other companies' Life Care Plans.

Personal Injury

$2,500.00 (Earning Capacity Assessment). No retainer required, but payment in full is required before report is forwarded to the referring party. Deposition/Trial Testimony fees are $750.00, plus preparation time and travel expenses as necessary. Deposition/Trial Testimony fees must be paid 48 hours in advance of Deposition/Testimony. If the Deposition testimony is cancelled without giving PRC 48 hours advance notice, there will be a $375.00 charge.

Workers' Compensation

$695.00 to $795.00. No retainer required, but payment in full is required before report is forwarded to the referring party. Deposition/Trial Testimony Fees are $400.00 to $500.00 to be paid in advance of the Deposition/Testimony. There will be a $200.00 charge if the Deposition is cancelled without providing PRC with 24 hours advance notice.

Social Security

$350.00 to $550.00 No retainer required, but payment in full is required before report is forwarded to the referring party. Deposition/Trial Testimony not necessary.

Divorce Cases

$2,500 (Fees dependent on scope of evaluation) No retainer is required, but payment in full is required before report is forwarded to the referring party. Deposition/Trial Testimony Fees are $750.00 per half day of deposition or testimony time, plus 2 hours of preparation time paid by the referring attorney at $150.00 per hour.

Individual and Personalized Career Assessments

Charges range from $350.00 to $450.00 for Individualized Full Scale Vocational Career Assessments. (Fees dependent on scope of evaluation) Payment in full is required before report is released. Cashiers Checks or Money Orders accepted or call our Customer Service Line at 405-848-6007. Payment for services are expected at the time the Report is discussed with the client.

Personal Assessments for Business and Industry
Class I-A: $500.00 to $750.00 Comprehensive battery of over 25 different work personality characteristics; excellent for management or professional responsibilities. Aptitudes testing can be included.

Class I-B: $350.00 to $500.00 A broad based assessment of 15 major primary work personality traits. Temperaments included, but no aptitude testing.

Class I-C: $175.00 to $350.00 Comprehensive battery of 8 to 10 important work characteristics, including temperaments. Ideal for clerical or administrative support personnel.

Class II: $750.00 Assessment of Employer to create special baseline Work Compatibility profile for the business.

Class III: Assessment by Position: Costs determined by how many measurement profiles are needed and upon the degree of testing complexity requested by the referring party. This assessment approach is more economical per person.

Class IV: $2,500.00 to $5,000.00 Interview prospective worker; interview employer and develop job analysis. Administer full scale comprehensive test battery, review resume, check references, including credit rating.
